What happens
with your data.

Operator. QAVEN Labs is operated by Armen Galoyan, trading as QAVEN Labs, based in Armenia. Contact: hello@qavenlabs.com.

What we collect. Only what you submit through the contact form: name, work email, agency website, monthly volume, formats needed, bottleneck, timeline, budget and how you found QAVEN. We also retain standard server logs (IP address, timestamp, request metadata) generated automatically by our hosting infrastructure.

Why we collect it, and the legal basis. To evaluate your inquiry and respond to it — this processing is based on your consent, given by submitting the form, and on our legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries. We do not use this data for advertising or profiling.

Who processes it. Your submission is technically handled by two sub-processors acting on our behalf: Cloudflare (hosting and database storage) and Resend (transactional email delivery for notifying us of your submission). Neither uses your data for their own purposes. We do not sell your data or share it with anyone else for marketing.

Retention. Submissions are kept for 24 months, then deleted. You can request earlier deletion at any time.

Your rights. You can request a copy of what we hold on you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing hello@qavenlabs.com. If you are in the EU/EEA or UK, this includes the rights under GDPR to access, rectify, erase, restrict, and port your data, and to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

International transfers. Cloudflare and Resend may process data in countries outside your place of residence. Where required, international transfers are handled using applicable contractual and legal safeguards.

Changes to this policy. We may update this policy as the site and its tooling evolve. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated effective date.
